At the age of 49 I'm running slower than I think I am. I'm not as flexible as I used to be.
I'd like to change that and start living up to my expectations. I'd like to stay fit and healthy and injury free until at least 85. This is a record of that attempt.

Day 6 - Cross training on the couch
This should have been a cross training day. I spent it on the couch in front of the TV
