At the age of 49 I'm running slower than I think I am. I'm not as flexible as I used to be.
I'd like to change that and start living up to my expectations. I'd like to stay fit and healthy and injury free until at least 85. This is a record of that attempt.

Day 1 - Fail
I came across this wonderful piece of software that runs on my iPhone called Endomondo and I will be using it to track all my runs
The stupid this is that day 1 was a complete non-event. Life just got in the way
