At the age of 49 I'm running slower than I think I am. I'm not as flexible as I used to be.
I'd like to change that and start living up to my expectations. I'd like to stay fit and healthy and injury free until at least 85. This is a record of that attempt.

Day 5 - Trail run (19 becomes 9)
I only ran half the scheduled distance here. No actual excuse. I was just lazy.
